Boise, ID, USA-Argentina. As we announced last week, the Basque Museum and Cultural Center in Boise will host a Coffee Break tomorrow that will include the participation of three youth from Argentina who attended GAztemuncu 2019: Tomás Vicente (from the Euzko Alkartasuna Basque Club in Macachín), Inés Olazábal (from the Gure Etxea Basque Club in Tandil) and Alfonsina Leranoz (from Euskaltzaleak in Buenos Aires), moderated from Boise by Kylie Bermensolo, from the organizing institution.

This is a new interesting initiative, as others that include exchanges between Basque clubs from around the world, which in the shadow of the current difficult and unprecedented situation that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought us, has emerged in different parts of the Diaspora.

In a year where it is still unclear if there will be a Gaztemundu program, or how it will take place, the opinions, comments and reflections of these youth providing a different point of view of the Diaspora, Gaztemundu and the current situation, will also be welcomed.

There is also a possibility of listening in, as well as asking questions by forwarding these to the moderator so that she can present them to the participants.

As a preview and complementary material to the debate, EuskalKultura.eus has included in its blog section today, "Mi experiencia en Gaztemundu 2019" (My experience in Gaztemundu 2019) a text by one of the guests, Tomás Vicente, from the Euzko Alkartasuna Basque Club in Macachín, in La Pampa, about his participation in Gaztemundu 2019 and the VII World Congress of Basque Communities.

In order to participate, prior enrollment is required. The meeting will be on Zoom, so questions are welcomed ahead of time by emailing: kylieb@basquemuseum.eus.
