Yesterday was an historic day in Euskal Herria, where 150,000 people held hands and filled the road between Durango and Pamplona to demand the right of the Basques to decide their future. Participation in the human chain tripled the expectations of its organizers and also had an important participation in the Diaspora, where many Basque clubs organized parallel activities. We have begun to receive images and videos of those acts. Following, a taste from New York, Montevideo, La Plata, Chascomus, Coronel Pringles…

Donostia-San Sebastian.  From the Diaspora Basque clubs have begun to publish images on social media of events that Basques all over the world organized to show their support for the popular initiative Gure Esku Dago in favor of the right of Euskal Herria to decide.

In New York, for example, the concourse under the Brooklyn Bridge, indispensable tourist spot, left a very different picture yesterday, with several members of the Basque community creating a human chain in support of the initiative and its claim.
