Donostia-San Sebastian. The Etxepare Basque Institute published the call for 2013 grants for the music, performing and audiovisual arts sector to participate in fairs, festivals or professional events.  These meetings should be limited in the market and have to take place during 2013 outside of the Basque territory.  Eligible expenses include travel, lodging, perdiem, and expenses related to registration and entries at fairs.

The total budget for this call is 72,000 Euros which is broken down in the following way:

- 52,000 Euros for Audiovisual
- 10,000 Euros for music
- 10,000 Euros for performing arts
