Buenos Aires, Argentina. Today, June 26th, Sabrina Otegui from EuskalKultura.eus will interview an entrepreneur that is a member of the Basque-Argentine community and director of the Txapela Basque “made in Argentina" cider Project, Xabier Aguirre. Txapela started a year ago making cider with apples native to Patagonia, Argentina, following recipes and the traditional ways from the Basque Country in a Basque-Argentine initiative led by Xabier Aguirre.
The interview will take place at 8pm Argentina time, or 1am on Saturday in Euskal Herria. The program will be in an interview format, and can be followed on Instagram at the following: Euskalkultura.eus and Txapela.
