Oderitz, Navarre. From Oderitz, Juan Gorriti invites Basque children in Euskal Herria as well as in the Diapora to “draw to get out of isolation.” “Atera zure koloreak” (take out your colors) is an initiative “aimed at children to fill this gray time with color,” its creator explained, refereeing to the period of confinement that everyone is experiencing, but the youngest most of all.  Participating is very easy, each child should make a drawing, and take a picture of it to send to aterazurekoloreak@gmail.com.

Every week, Gorriti will choose a picture among all submitted.  Besides this, when you send your picture, you will automatically receive an email thanking you and a link where you can download pictures that you can color.

The initiative was launched by Gorriti on March 20th and has already received close to 500 drawings from all over the world, from Argentina to Seville, as well as many parts of the Basque geography.  Join in and send in your drawing!
