Ortzadar, Luhartz, The Crazy Wheels and the Irrintzi Erraldoi Konpartsa invited to Jaialdi 2015 in Boise

Even though there is still a lot of time until the next Jaialdi will take place in Boise in 2015, preparations have already begun so that everything will be perfect for this cultural festival that is held once every five years in the US. This is the main gathering for the Basque Diaspora and each year there are more representatives present of all the US Basque clubs, along with friends from the Diaspora and the Basque Country. The organizers have already announced the names of the groups from the Basque Country selected to participate in this edition.

Boise, ID.  The organization of Jaialdi, the international Basque cultural festival that takes place every five years in Boise has announced (see www.jaialdi.com) the name of the four groups from the Basque Country to participate in Jaialdi 2015.  The event will be held on July 28-August 2, 2015, and as prior editions, will gather a large number of the US Basque communities. 

Groups selected to participate are the following:

-Ortzadar, from Pamplona, Navarre (Basque Dance)
-Luhartz, from Durango, Bizkaia (Music)
-The Crazy Wheels Band, from Soraluze, Gipuzkoa (Music)
-Irrintzi Erraldoi Konpartsa Kultur Elkartea, Giants from Orio, Gipuzkoa

Congratulations to everyone selected and good luck for the next edition to everyone else who volunteered to participate in the selection process.
