All you have to do to leave a message is click here and write the text with congratulations, indicating to whom, city and country, and uploading a picture of the person concerned.
It’s always a good thing to congratulate or thank people around you for the things they do for you, or on their achievements. Basques, in Euskal Herria, as well as abroad, should do this more often.
It is always nice to record the birth of a baby, or a couple’s anniversary, thank or join celebrations of those around you wand praise those who deserve it, whether within the family or within the larger family that are our euskal etxeak. Give it a try!
