Donostia-San Sebastián. July 16, 2021 at 12:00 (CET) is the deadline to apply for a Global Training Scholarship, which the Basque government promotes annually through various collaborating entities to train professionally abroad (see the requirements below). In 2021, there are almost 500 grants aimed at young people from the Basque autonomous Community under the age of 31 with a university degree, or a higher degree in professional training. -Hold a University Degree, or a Higher Degree in Professional Training
