Boise State University offers two Ph.D. assistantships in the area of Engineering for Basque students

Boise State University (BSU) has announced a new edition of the Basque Ph.D. Scholarships, two assistantships for Basque students. Grants are for one year, in which students may pursue a Ph.D. in the prestigious Electrical Engineering program at this university. The scholarships range between $18,000-$24,000 and include full tuition. Deadline to apply is March 15, 2013.

Boise, Idaho.  Thanks to partnership between the Basque Studies Program and the Basque community of Idaho, Boise State University (BSU) is offering two scholarships in order to pursue a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.  These Basque Ph.D. Scholarships are designated for Basque students possessing a masters in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or who will have it in hand by August of 2013.

The assistantships will cover all tuition, as well as a monthly stipend in the range of $18,000-$24,000 for living expenses.  The Basque Studies Program at BSU, and the Basque Museum and Cultural Center of Boise have coordinated with the local Basque community to welcome students and involve them in local social and cultural activities.
