Nino Samadashvili Georgiako Estatu Balleteko lehen dantzariak, euskaraz eta georgieraz honako mezua bidali digu. Samadashvili abenduaren 15ean Donostian izango da, izan ere, Georgiako Estatu Balletak Laurencia lana aurkeztuko du Kursaalean. Samadashvili bera arituko da Laurenciaren paperean; 2014tik balleteko lehen dantzaria da. 2011an hasi zen konpainiarekin dantzan Tbilisiko Balleteko Arte Eskolan graduatu ondoren. Giselle edota The Nutcracker bezalako ballet klasikoetan ere aritu da protagonista moduan dantzan.

Frantziak zangopilatuta daukan Euskal Herriko zatian, euskarak egin du bide. Zein norabidetan? Hori besterik da. Duela mende erdia, euskararen espazioa etxean eta harreman pribatuetan zegoen. Espazio hori anitz murriztu da mende bateko epean, jazarpenaren, trufaren, euskararen prestigio faltaren eta frantsesaren inposaketaren ondorioz. Ordurako, eremu publikoa guztiz frantsesa zen, eta publikotik pribatura zabaldu zen frantsesaren lekua.

Elena Arzak is a member of some very exclusive “clubs”: the group of chefs who helm three-star Michelin restaurants (which she does with her father, the culinary legend, Juan Mari Arzak) and the rarified cardre of women (there are just 13) whose restaurants have received this ultimate accolade. Not surprisingly, she was honored with the Veuve Clicquot World’s Best Female Chef Award in 2012. Ferran Adrià, the food-world luminary behind the revolutionary Catalan restaurant, El Bulli, told The New York Times that “Elena is one of the most important chefs in history.”
