Buenos Aires, Argentina. The workshop begun on Monday although enrollment will remain open until tomorrow, Wednesday the 19th, and will run through Friday February 28th. This workshop is aimed at intermediate singers and is coordinated by maestros Pablo Banchi and Miguel Pesce with a repertoire of choral works from different time periods and styles. The cost to participate is $900 and includes sheet music and studio materials. It will take place at the Laurak Bat Basque Club every day from 7:30pm-10pm.
After the workshops, there will be an “informal A Capella” show where participants can show their family and friends what they learned over the two weeks. For more information, or to enroll email migpeshe@yahoo.com.
The Lagun Onak Association is also preparing its 2020 agenda which can be accessed shortly on its website. There, they also offer the possibility of becoming a cooperative partner of the choir and in this way collaborate with this emblematic Basque-Argentine institution that has been around for over 80 years.
