Trujillo, Peru. Is your last name Verástegui, Berastegui, Verasteguiz, Verastigui...or any other variant of the original Basque last name Berastegi?  Wherever you may reside, the Trujillo Basque Club invites you to a “From Berastegi to the World,” an online family reunion where you will learn about the origin, development and establishment in the world of this surname originating in the Basque Country.

Participating is easy and free.  You can do so via Zoom or through Facebook beginning next Saturday at 10am Peru time; noon in Argentina and 5pm in the Basque Country.
