Vitoria-Gasteiz. The Lehendakaritza (Presidency) of the Basque Government, through the Directorate of the Basque Communities Abroad of the Secretary General of Foreign Action, has published the book that includes the development and conclusions of the 7th World Congress of Basque Communities Abroad. The event was held October 2-4, 2019 in Bilbao and was attended by representatives of Basque clubs and communities from all over the world under the title "Saregintzan" (networking).
The book that contains 156 pages, was presented yesterday in Vitoria-Gasteiz by the Secretary General of Foreign Action, Marian Elorza, and the Director of the Basque Community Abroad, Gorka Alvarez Aranburu.
