The dream trip isn’t that far away for those who enjoy the Euskal Herria daily and still haven’t been able to go, or who want to go again, to visit the land of the Basques. This proposal comes from Mariana Domine Irigoyen, a reference of the Arrecifes Basque club who has experience in these kinds of tours.  The departure date is for September of next year with limited spots.  Travel to the Basque Country with others with the same interests and excitement! As stated in the ad. 

Arrecifes, Argentina.  “This trip is especially equipped to cover, above all, the concerns and needs of Basque descendants, those who have hear a lot about the country of their parents, and grandparents and who are wanting to get to know it,” explained by Mariana Domine, who is driving the Project along with her sister Estefania, when asked what is different about this trip.  “The experience of travel is non-transferable and it deserves to be lived personally and to do it with others who share your interests and understand your excitement is a real plus,” she said.

The tour will leave from the Ezeiza Airport in September and will allow travelers to get to know the principal points of the touristic tour of the Basque Country in Iparralde as well as Hegoalde, as well as rural towns, and spots on the coast where they can live the history first-hand as well as the day-to-day life of the country.

The tour will last two weeks and will include Bilbao, the Bizkaian Coast (Getxo, Puente Colgante, Urdaibai, Gaztelugatxe, Gernika…), Donostia and the Gipuzkoan coast (Getaria, Zarautz, Hondarribia…), Baiona, Biarritz, Donibane Garazi, Iruña-Pamplona and Gasteiz to mention a few of the destinations.  The outings will be led by specialized local guides and will also include gastronomic proposals to enjoy the local food and wines.
