The Etxepare Basque Institute takes International Day of Euskera to the academic World, celebrating with several activities organized by its Basque language and culture lecturers at universities spanning the planet, like Frankfurt, Leipzig, La Plata, Cork, Mexico, Santa Barbara, Barcelona…They have also been present at the Guadalajara Book Fair, and of course rgey will be at the Durangoko Azoka.  The program of activities follows. 

Donostia-San Sebastian.   Basques in Euskal Herria and Basque clubs worldwide are getting ready to celebrate the International Day of Euskera this Saturday, December 3rd.  What is for sure is that several activities organized to commemorate this date, have already begun around the world.  The Etxepare Basque Institute, for example, will make a large impact with celebrations organized by its lecturers, along with international participation in book fairs like that in Guadalajara, where writer Iban Zaldua had participated recently.  

Here is a brief summary of activities planned by the various lecturers in the coming days:

MEXICO CITY (Mexico)

December 1
