The dance gala at the Semana Nacional Vasca is one of the main activities within an intense program during the festival and this year it again was of great quality.  Nevertheless, it wasn’t the only moment where the dantzaris could be seen – and companions – in their moment when the musicians and dancers would take advantage of any opportunity to do “one more Fandango.”  Here, EuskalKultura.com presents the second article from the Gala.

Macachin, Argentina.  We are coming to the end of the chronicle on Semana Vasca 2015 and tomorrow we will publish the last article of the series.  It is difficult to choose which photos to include in the album since every moment experienced during these days in La Pampa have been unique and have lefts us with thousands of prints. Nevertheless, and thanks to the camera of Valeria García Oyarzabal, we have chosen photos from the most significant moments to complete our gallery.

The gala on Satuday night continued after the intermission with the group from Laprida and concluded with a Fandango/Arin Arin by the locals.  After the show, hundreds of the guests went on to have dinner and then to the dance.

During the Arin Arin, the txikis from Gure Ametza invited members of the first dance troupe at Euzko Alkartasuna to join them.  Txikis and adults began to close the show in this way.
