The Basque Studies Program at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho is hosting an open house on Monday September 30th along with its host departments World Languages and History; all are invited. The event will include a performance by Kalakan Basque music trio, a debut of the “Boise River Mural,” as well as tours of new offices in the various departments.

Boise, ID.  The Basque Studies Program at Boise State University along with its host departments World Languages and History would like to invite everyone to an open house on September 30th on the BSU campus.  The event will include music, art and information on the Basque studies minor as well as tours of several new offices.

The event will run from 10am-1pm beginning with an open-air concert by Kalakan, Basque music trio who is currently touring several Basque communities.  The concert will continue with informational sessions including one on the programs Basque Minor.  Karen Wood’s mural “Boise River Mural” will also be unveiled.
