Vitoria-Gasteiz. The Basque Government has published the basis of the 2013 call for economic aid to Basque clubs in order to aid members with healthcare expenses, or those in situations of extreme need in Basque communities abroad.  The total budget for 2013 is 202,000 Euros.

Those interested in applying for this help should approach their local Basque clubs to validate and process their applications.  Club members first direct themselves to their local clubs, and members in Basque communities that do not belong to any club, may approach any that are in their immediate geographic area, or in the case of none being available, to any existing clubs in their country of residence.

Basque clubs should present all applications signed by those persons interested.  Applications should be mailed to:
