Tremembe, Brazil.  After months of preparation the moment of truth has arrived.  At 10am, a talk on the Basque Country opened the Basque-Brazilian Week at Tremembe’s Cultural Center organized by the Eusko-Brasildar Etxea or Brazilian Basque club for the second year in a row, headquartered in the largest city of South America.

-15:00-screening of Basque films at the Cultural Center

Thursday, September 20

-15:00-screening of Basque films at the Cultural Center
-18:00-reception for the Basque delegation of Argentina at the  Hotel Gran Corona  in the Alcazar restaurant 

Friday, September 21

-13:00s-meal in the school restaurant of the Municipal Chamber of São Paulo
-15:00.-talk by Basque chefs in the school restaurant of the Municipal Chamber
-18: 30-Concert by the Camerata de La Luna, part of the Basque club, Euskal Etxea of Villa Mercedes, Argentina in the Cathedral of Sé

Saturday, September 22

-20:30.-closing dinner-cocktail hosted by the Provincial Government of Bizkaia

Sunday, September 23

-11am-mass officiated by the cardinal Archbishop of São Paulo, Dom Odilo, in the Cathedral of Sé, with the participation of the Camerata de La Luna, part of the Euskal Etxea of Villa Mercedes, Argentina
-14:00- -Brazilian lunch “Feijado do Norte” farewell lunch
