At the end of February Itziar Aguirre (see here) announced a new persona project “Trainera Basque Cooking.” At that point, nobody imagined that the virus would affect our daily activities shortly after. Since February, the circumstances have completely changed but not the enthusiasm of the Basque-Rosarine chef to launch her “Trainera” (rowing boat) into the water.
