Several activities were organized in Boise, Idaho to celebrate ENE and Euskalraldia, along with an open letter from Todor Azurtza

Boise Idaho has joined the efforts in favor of the Basque language and culture celebrating both the International Day of Euskera (ENE) as well as Euskaraldia with a series of activities.  In commemoration of ENE and Euskaraldia the film Handia was shown on Friday by BSU’s Basque Minor.  Today the local Basque Museum also has organized activities.

Douglass during his recent visit to Gure Txoko in Sydney with the board of directors before leaving for the Basque Club in Townsville The annual General Assembly of the Gure Txoko Basque Club in Sydney includes the election of the club’s officers at the event held on November 18th.  The results included the reelection of the current president, Estefania Martino for another term and the board that accompanies her with Manny Martin as Vice-President, Jose Goikoetxea Treasurer and Aitor Aramburu Secretary.
