El Simposio "Zortziak Bat" sobre diáspora y cultura vasca tendrá lugar en Boise el 30 y 31 de julio, bajo el paraguas de Jaialdi 2025

PUBLICIDAD

Boise, Idaho, EEUU. La ciudad de Boise será sede el 30 y 31 de julio del Simposio "Zortziak Bat" ("Las ocho en una", haciendo alusión a las siete provincias históricas vasca más la octava, la Diáspora). El eslogan adoptado en esta ocasión es "Rowing together-Elkarrekin arraunean" (remando juntos) y reunirá en la BSU (Boise State University) a expertos, investigadores, profesores, estudiantes y estudiosos de la cultura y la diáspora vasca, que presentarán diferente temas, en campos como la música,arte, literatura o deportes hasta moda, lengua, historia... en este encuentro académico y divulgativo que organiza la Basque Studies Foundation (Boise), junto al Basque Educational Organization (San Francisco) y la propia Universidad Estatal de Boise.

PROGRAMA

Todas las actividades se llevarán a cabo en diferentes dependencias del edificio BSU Micron Business and Economics Building-en (MBEB) y en el Skaggs Hall of Learning Auditorium, Room  1301
