Last Saturday, May 20, Boise, Idaho celebrated its Sagardotegi Dinner 2017. Organized by the local dantzari group Oinkari, with Bereziartua cider from Astigarraga, everyone that approached the Boisean Euskal Etxea enjoyed the best Basque cider tradition of Txotx, with a classic menu based on fried cod, cod omelet, txuleta, and nuts and cheese, accompanied by cider.
