Two anniversaries in Carmelo

The Uruguayan town celebrated the 21st anniversary of the Ibai Ondoko Etxea Basque club along with the bicentennial of the city's founding. As a token of thanks for her participation, the local Basque club presented Mignaburu with a copy of the city's coat of arms.
