The family of George Etchemendy, born in Buffalo (his parents came from Arnegi, Basee Navarre), proud of their Basque heritage, took part in the parade with two new karrokanpos, made by themselves. The new generations of the family are part of the new blood of the Basque communioty of Buffalo.
