As recently elected president of the Utah Basque Club and on behalf of the host organization Rhonda Spivey welcomed the representatives of the Basque clubs present at the Winter Meeting of NABO on January 31 . The meeting begun a bit later than 8:00 pm at the auditorium and facilities of the church of St Ambroise in Salt Lake City (photo BCC-Gure Euskal Etxea)
