A txapela for the Bishop

At the end of mass, John Ysursa, member of the Artzai Ona Basque Catholic Community in Boise, presented the Bishop a txapela on behalf of all. The Bishop didn't hesitate to put it on which resulted in an uproar of applause from everyone present. Seen here, Ysursa returning to his spot while the Bishop shows off his new txapela.
