Basque songs accompanied on piano, and Gernikako Arbola

To conclude the closure ceremony, longtime Paraguayan resident but Berastegian born Jesus Nazabal (Basque language teacher at the Basque Club) offered a selection of Basque folk songs with piano accompaniment. The last of them was precisely Gernikako Arbola. Eveybody standed up and singed together this song considered the de facto Basque National Anthom (photo EuskalKultura.com)
