Xabier Zubillaga also took the floor to talk about certain proposals, the could be "rather easily implemented for not a lot of money." Some of these had been approved at prior congresses but not carried out including the organization of a Diaspora Day, as well as a common logo. He also talked about creating a network of Basque schools.
