Goxo-goxo near the fire

In Basque culture, this place in the kitchen, near the fire was very important, the place where people visited, the language was passed along, with recipes and traditions...This fire was also present at "BAC" where members of the Basque clubs cooked for the thousands of visitors. Four clubs had food stands: Laurak Bat (seen here), Euskal Etxea in San Nicolas, Txindoki Taldea and Euskaltzaleak in Buenos Aires (photoEuskalKultura.com)
