Buenos Aires, Argentina. Gure Echea Basque Club’s summer camp, located in the neighborhood of Balvanera, will open its doors on December 16, 2019 through February 14, 2020. This camp is open and available to children between the ages of 5-12 years old, divided into three groups depending on age, who will participate in various sporting and recreational activities in various parts of the club, including swimming in a heated pool. All activities will be supervised by teachers who will be joined by other instructors in each age group.
Activities will begin on December 16h and will follow this schedule:
- December 16-31 from 1pm-5pm
- January 2-January 31 from 9am-1pm and 1pm to 5pm
- February 1-February 14 from 1pm-5pm
Cost of the camp is yet to be determined but the club announced that payments can be made with a debit/credit card or in cash. Children attending in the afternoon sessions will have a snack provided.
Founded in 1922, the Gure Echea Basque Club is located at Tte. Gral. J. D. Perón 2143 in /Buenos Aires just blocks from the Congress. Throughout the year, its main activities include pilota, as well as swimming in the heated pool, among other workshops in various disciplines.
