Rio Cuarto, Argentina.  Thanks to the board of directors of Gure Ametza there will be an unusual event taking place at this Basque club; a classical opera series that will begin on August 7th and will take place weekly until the end of November.  Elva Viano Zuza and Walter Asnal are the owners of this collection of more than 100 DVDs who are also in charge of introducing each work, and providing a small resume of each author.

Gastronomic Activities

The club would also like to remind everyone that its Taberna for San Fermin will take place this Saturday with pintxos and tortilla, and that the traditional San Ignacio Chocolate will take place at the end of July. “Our food activities are usually very successful.  On Father’s Day, for example, we sold 350 servings of paella and we were very happy by its success: customers also told us that they really enjoyed the dish,” Sergio Eguiazu, club president, said proudly.
