Mexico City, Mexico. Organized by the Historical Archive Jose Maria Basagoiti Noriega and the Real Sociedad Bascongada de los Amigos del País (RSBAP), in Mexico this fourth edition will take place Thursday November 8th at the San Ignatius of Loyola School “Vizcainas,” in the capital city, with expositions and the participation in round tables by experts and researchers from different countries.
