“For our Basque roots,” “because we are interested in its value as a language,” “because we listen to Basque music and want to understand what it says,” or simply “because we enjoy the atmosphere at our Basque club….” Reasons to study Basque in Argentina are as varied as the activities that were held to celebrate it.  Today on EuskalKultura.com, the last photo summaries of ENE 2016 at events in Argentina. 

Buenos Aires, Argentina.  The International Day of Euskera is December 3rd, but each place celebrates when they can, and weeks afterwards we are still receiving news of festivities at Basque clubs.  In Argentina, each club celebrates with a party, gatherings or a cultural event, each related in some way to the language.  There were also some new events, like the release of balloons in Tandil or the play that debuted at the Viedma and Patagones club.
