The Villa Maria Basque club will be the site for the Winter Barnetegi July 18-25.  Also there, on July 25 and 26, the club will also host teacher training, directed to Basque teachers.  As part of the Argentinan Euskaraz anniversary, FEVA also invites everyone, along with the Euzko Alkartasuna Basque club, to the festivities of the Semana Nacional 2015 in Macachin.  The date for submitting entries is August 31.

Buenos Aires, Argentina.   As part of the Euskara Munduan project, supported by HABE, and in collaboration with FEVA and the local Basque club, the Winter Barnetegi aimed at training Basque teachers in South America will take place in Villa Maria.

The group that began the process in 2013 in San Nicolas will now complete their sixth class, as every year, where they will review the contents of the online classes but above all, will prioritize communicative competence of the participants, representatives of Basque clubs in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Uruguay.  The classes will take place at the Euzko Etxea and will be taught in the morning and afternoon.

FEVA also invites teachers who are already teaching classes to participate in the training session that will take place after the intensive classes.  These will also take place at the Basque club from noon on the 25 to noon on the 26, in three blocks where classroom experiences and reflections on teaching Basque will take place.

Euskera contest at Semana Vasca 2015

As every year, FEVA along with the hosting club, invite everyone to participate in the activities to diffuse Euskera that will take place at Semana Nacional.  The invitation comes this year with an added incentive since it coincides with the 25th anniversary of the Argentinan Euskaraz program that began in Macachin in 1990.

This year’s proposals are:
