Basques of Utah
Basques of Utah...arise and be counted!
Join together as a group, our heritage was founded...
By Men of pride and deep love for their country.
Left Spain and France...their first love, then, to America, the free!
Customs...traditions...thay all have their place.
United here and forever as a Race.
Band together so all can share...
These traditions for which we deeply care.
Young and old, we need all our fellow Basques...
There is much to be done for each to do his task.
Arise! The flag IKURRINA now flies with the Stars & Stripes.
Side-by-Side, forever, our hearts swell with Pride.
Rose Mary Garahana Sainsbury (February, 1976)
