Cooks & Soldiers is honored to announce a special culinary collaboration with Chef Jessica Lorigo of the esteemed Gerald's Bar from San Sebastian.
Jessica is a long time friend of Castellucci Hospitality Group, dating back to her time as a classmate of John Castellucci at The Culinary Institute of America. Following their stateside studies, the two spent time working together in Spain, John at Arzak and Jessica at Mugaritz.
Guests can expect a one-of-a-kind dining experience as these Chefs present a thoughtfully curated 5-course menu, served family-style. This menu will reflect the best of Basque through each restaurants' classic dishes as well as unique collaborative dishes. An optional curated wine pairing is available.
