Nora Erreguerena passed away after losing the fight against cancer. Born in Copetonas, near Tres Arroyos, her ancestors emigrated from Lesaka (Erreguerena Yribarren) and Usurbil (Zugasti Gurruchaga). The Erreguerena brothers arrived in Tandil before 1869 and in 1882 they brought the rest of the family, their children and nephews, to later settle in Cristiano Muerto, Ramón Santamaría and Copetonas.

Nora was a teacher and left in the hearts of so many who were once children, today adults, an unforgettable memory.

Nora loved life, to travel, people and children, her "chicks" as she liked to call them.

She will remain in the memory of her family, friends and in that of the different generations that passed through the Kindergarten 905 of Copetonas.
