The Board of Directors of Euzko Etxea of Santiago, Chile has released a statement on the death of the beloved member of the local Basque community Nemesio Sangroniz Bolumburu.

The religious services for his soul will be held this Monday, May 3, in the Parque del Recuerdo. Only for the closest, since due to the pandemic the authorized capacity is 20 people.

He was the son of Miguel Sangroniz Urrecoechea, who was president of Euzko Etxea de Chile.

Don Nemesio was a well-known and loved person and the messages of condolence have accumulated as soon as the sad news has spread.
