María de Jesús Indart y Larregui, better known as Chuchi, was born on February 26, 1929 in Mexico City, the daughter of Baztanese emigrants.

She was the first of two sisters born to the marriage of Juan José Indart Echenique and Jesusa Emilia Larregui Iriarte, who emigrated from Baztan (Navarra) in the 1920s to Mexico seeking a better future.

Married to Martin Arrechea Amorena (+), also a Baztan emigrant, from Elbete, they formed a family of four children, three boys and one girl.

Dedicated to home, she lived an exemplary life surrounded by friends and family who accompanied her to the end.

She pased away at the age of 92, in peace, calm and surrounded by the love of her children Martín, José Javier, Miguel Ángel and María de Lourdes; and her three grandchildren, Iñaki, Fernanda and Maitane.
