Boise, Idaho . Sometimes an image is worth more than explanations, speeches, and we think this is the case.  The video below is from Jon and Krystle Aramburu’s wedding celebrated last August in Boise, The wedding was another in the capital city of Idaho and the celebration took place at the Euskal Etxea with many of the guests, especially on the groom’s side being Basque.

The groom, Jon was born in Boise and has roots in Aulesti on his father side and from Ispaster and Gernika on his mother’s.  The bride isn’t Basque yet but after marriage, Jon is clear that Basque will be an element of their union.

Watch the video, especially from minute 7 and observe how the young Basques in Boise manifest their Basqueness and how they enjoy themselves and pay tribute during the celebration to the newlyweds.
